Those wishing to propose contributed sessions should
contact
Onno Boxma and
Michel Mandjes.
The proposal should include the session title, organizer name,
four speakers, and titles for each of the four talks.
Deadline for all proposals for contributed sessions is February 15, 2007,
extended to March 15, 2007
If you have been invited to
participate by a session chair, you must submit your title/abstract by
March 31, 2007, extended to April 15, 2007
If you are submitting a contributed talk for the meeting that is independent of an organized session,
you must also submit your title/abstract by March 31, 2007
(extended to April 15, 2007). Any such talk that is accepted by the Program
Committee will then be placed into an appropriate session when the final program is created.
When submitting abstracts
follow approved template:

and use this style to create an abstract. Please
use the following example to create your own abstract:
informs2007template.tex.

Instructions for submitting your abstract.
Abstracts must follow the approved template, and should be a maximum of
twelve lines. The template is in LaTeX. It is recommended to submit both the LaTeX source and the PDF file,
but only the LaTeX source is required.
Have Ready contact information of yourself and any co-authors (full name,
affiliation, email address and mailing address.)
As the Presenting Author, you are expected to present your work at the
meeting. Your co-authors are also encouraged to attend. After Submission You
will receive an email confirming your online submission.
If after submitting your abstract, you find you must cancel, contact

or
Michel Mandjes.
