Speaker Information The following equipment will be made available in each session room: screen computer projector overhead projector Note that laptop computers will not be provided. If you intend to use the computer projector for your presentation, please come to the session room early to familiarize yourself with its use. Only very limited technical assistance will be available.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF POSTERS The posters will be on view for the entirety of the conference. Authors are responsible for setting up their poster at the beginning of the first day and removing it at the end of the conference. Authors are asked to present their posters at the midday break on Thursday to discuss their work with conference attendees and answer any questions. The poster board size is 4 feet by 8 feet.
